Stop, do not say it! It can always get worse.
double sigh
I have more photos to upload but I am not ready...it has been a long afternoon of reliving the flood madness, my wine glass is empty and I am not sure I am ready to continue (not without more wine at least).
Let me break down the other stressful things we are juggling:
We have two insurance claims unsettled the first is the flood and the second is the Tahoe crash. After three different rental cars we finally have the Tahoe back complete now with 2008 front end and 2011 back end. Does that make it a hybrid?
I turned 25 and Mr. B turned 60!
In the next year we have 9 weddings to attend. I am blessed and fortunate to be in two plus the MOH in one. I cannot wait to watch some of my best friends make the leap! I am so happy for all the wonderful couples. I am also THRILLED I have 600 days until my projected wedding date. I am 100% sure I want to marry David but I am also 100% sure if we were planning a wedding on top of all this stuff I would be certifiable. I am packing to head to NYC for a bachelorette party next weekend and I have a test on Tuesday.
Yes, I said test. I recently decided to just go for it and begin classes to get certification as an EMT. It has been a long time interest of mine and the class is awesome! I work 9 hours a day and then go to class for 3 hours two nights a week plus some Saturday 6 hour classes.
Ok here is the cliff hanger...we had another flood.
Stay tuned!
You will be a well-tested couple by the time you get married! I think it's so cool that you're practically building your home . . . your marriage and your house will have very strong foundations.
ReplyDeleteI love all your stories...sorry to hear about the flooding! YUCK! I cannot wait to hear all about your EMT adventures. How's wedding planning going on top of the million other things you're doing?!
